Chris and Jennifer Raykovich, RD
Jennifer Raykovich, RD, LD, is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian. Jennifer's passion for living a healthy lifestyle started very early on in her life. That passion has led her to developing and leading multiple weight management programs in communities throughout the Northwest. Jennifer loves working one on one with clients to develop nutritional solutions and lifestyle changes that help people meet their weight management goals.
Although she has never done it competitively Jennifer has participated in endurance sports since High School. Jennifer is an avid runner and cyclist. Through her participation in endurance sports Jennifer understands the unique nutrional demands that endurance sports put on our bodies.
Chris Raykovich first got into endurance sports in 2007 at the age of 27. Overweight with bad knees he bought a mountain bike to get back into shape. Little did he know that this would fuel a passion for cycling and a lifestyle change. The passion for cycling led to triathlons in 2012. In the early years of training Chris made a lot of mistakes and paid for it during races. This has led Chris down the road to learn how to properly train and fuel. Chris has a strong passion to take the guesswork out of training and develop a training solution that not only takes into account your goals but your entire lifestyle.
Chris Raykovich is an Ironman Certified Coach and a Level 1 USA Triathlon Certified Coach.
